I’ve been fostering and caring for dogs since I was a little girl, and I truly love it. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, including puppies, seniors, and dogs with different behavioral needs. I’ve done basic obedience training, leash walking, and even agility. I also have experience fostering and caring for cats, and pocket pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and rats. I currently volunteer at an animal shelter where I walk and socialize dogs, which has given me even more insight into dog behavior and handling. I’ll treat your pet like one of my own and always enjoy sending fun updates while they’re in my care!

Sammy was a fantastic sitter for Oreo! She shared lots of pictures of him enjoying his visit, which made me feel completely at ease. Sammy and her dog Charlie were wonderful hosts. Oreo had a great time and came home happy and tired. She truly understands dogs and seems to speak their language, helping Oreo feel comfortable and right at home. I also really appreciated that she had a long line for Oreo to use so he could really explore her yard safely, and she provided lots of enrichment to keep his mind engaged. I highly recommend Sammy to anyone looking for someone who treats your dog like part of the family. We definitely recommend booking her and cannot wait to use her again!
Sammy took care of our two cats as if they were her own and it is clear that both of our cats enjoyed her company, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Sammy is extremely friendly, trustworthy, and it’s obvious she is a huge animal lover. During our meet and greet, Sammy sat down on the floor to be at our cat’s level and she connected with our 2 cats very quickly. We will definitely book with her again. Sammy is our favorite pet sitter. Our two dogs absolutely love her and we know that they are in good hands. We’ve hired Sammy several times while we are on vacation and I know that I never have to worry about our home or pets. She gives them tons of love and attention and they are always so excited to see her. I highly recommend Sammy-she is so good with pets.

Schedule
I’m a college student living at home for the summer, and I’d love to spend that time caring for your pets! I try to get outside every day for walks while the weather is nice, and I’d be happy to have your dog join me. When I’m not with my own dog, I volunteer at an animal shelter, giving shelter dogs a break with walks and one-on-one attention. I’m also available for drop-in visits to hang out with your pet and walks. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes, and even other species like rabbits or guinea pigs!
