A huge dog lover!
I have had small to large dogs of all kinds since I was a child. I love taking care of them and I am looking forward to meet yours soon! I currently work but I am very flexible and will have plenty of time for your pup so please don’t hesitate to reach out soon 😊 I currently live in a home with a fenced yard. I own a standard poodle and a golden retriever who will be there to play and keep your dog company

Sammy was a great and flexible sitter for Reiko. He took care of him for a few days, making sure he was walked, got time to play, and was well fed.

I did not appreciate that I was the one having to ask for updates and pictures. Despite telling me that he would be over at my apartment multiple times a day for “long visits”, he never stayed for more than about 10 minutes per visit. And on some days, stopped in only once. He did not follow the very specific instructions I gave him for walking my dog (ie did not use his harness) and provided almost no updates throughout the 5 days he was supposed to be caring for him. My dog was happy and healthy when we got back so he obviously did what was needed but this is definitely not someone I would book again. And considering I paid for the pet sitting rate, you would think he would’ve have stayed with my dog a little longer on some of the visits. Just all around pretty disappointed.
Sammy is amazing! This was my first time user “Rover” and I was kinda momming out over separating with my 6mo old golden retriever baby. Sammy went above & beyond to make sure my pup was stimulated & snuggled while also texting me updates the whole time while I was on my trip! Extra brownie points for Leaving a nice bottle of wine to come home & picking up puppy poo in the yard!
