Meet Sammy Hi, I'm Sammy Gonzales! I'm 37 and pet care has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've spent years caring for a wide variety of animals through friends and family, and I love every minute of it. I offer mid-day walks, pet sitting, overnight stays (at your home), and taxi visits to and from the vet, groomer, or wherever your pet needs to go. Rest assured — your furry family members and your home are in good hands with someone who genuinely loves animals and has real pet-sitting experience. Why I love dog sitting My love for dogs started with my grandpa's dog — I adored its company and how freely it loved people. When it passed, it was bittersweet knowing it was finally at peace. Ever since, I've dreamed of having more than two dogs of my own someday. Medication experience I'm very comfortable administering medications, including inhalers, pills (by mouth, hidden in food, or pocket pills), ear and body creams, and eye drops. Availability I'm off every weekend and available for pet care outside my 7am–12pm work hours on weekdays. I'm an early riser, so morning walks and visits are easy to arrange around my schedule. A note on overnights I'm currently a dog owner myself, so I don't typically host overnight stays at my home.

Sammy took good care of my 2 dogs for 3 days and did a great job with drop in visits. She came on time, fed my dogs, gave my one dog her meds, let them outside to do their business, and stayed a little longer for some one-on-one play time. She kept me updated on my pups and sent me pictures. She also took my mail in for me. I highly recommend Sammy.
My fur baby was way happy! Sammy was great and we will definitely be using her again!! Nothing like knowing your family is all happy even when you have to leave without them. ?

Sammy was great! She came by to meet Leo prior to our vacation and asked all sorts of questions which really showed me she was paying attention to all of the details and that doing a good job was important to her. Sammy sent me a few messages while we were gone with updates about Leo and let me know when she arrived and left. I hope to use her services again this summer!
We did a mini vacation to work out any of the kinks before our extended vacation. Sammy handled our two blind seniors and one adult overtly affectionate dog with care. We came back to a clean home and no dog poop to clean up. She was communicative and responsive. We booked her for another stay!

Schedule
I'm currently working part time, 7 am - 12 pm at Fishers Community Center, on the workdays. I also work as a freelance deaf interpreter and that is usually at last minute request.
