A typical day
I have a dog pacer treadmill for indoor exercise when the weather isn’t ideal. I also have several different puzzles and enrichment toys to keep everyone’s minds stimulated.

I have 3 dogs a 10 year old, APBT Mix named Zephyr. A 11 year old APBT named Carter. And a 12 year old APBT named Zuko. I also have a lot of exotic pets and am very comfortable with taking care of them. I have been working at a dog kennel for 15 years and managing it for 6 years. Before that I was doing pet sitting and walking on my own. I’ve had a lot of experience will all sizes breeds and temperaments of dogs. I’m also an overnight ER vet assiant.

Sammy is so great with Ella. I never worry a minute when she is with her while we go away. She always sends updates and keeps me informed! When ella sees her she goes crazy because she loves her so much! Thanks for all you do, Sammy!
Sammy was great! Ella came back so happy (and tired) from her stay with Sammy. She sent pictures and updates and was so flexible with our schedule. We will definitely be using Sammy in the future!
While Sammy did take great care of our cats, for which were grateful, we were shocked and hurt by something else she did. My fiancée/partner took a trip to Yosemite. We saw some things on our security camera that nearly ruined our trip. I bought myself and Amazon Cloud Camera for Christmas. It’s part of the reason that I felt comfortable hiring someone from Rover to watch our cats while we went to Yosemite for a few days. I almost wish that I hadn’t. While we were in Yosemite my partner and I noticed that Sammy had invited 3 of her friends to keep her company. Frankly, if she had brought a partner to sit in our living room, even using our TV while she worked, my partner and I probably would have been okay with that. However, her three friends took a tour of our house, including our bedrooms and speculated on who we may be as a couple based upon our unfinished remodeling project, etc. It was embarrassing, humiliating and hurtful all at once. Random Woman: “I love how they have like a super expensive car and the rest of house is meh.” When did a Honda Accord become a super expensive car? Random Guy: “They also have a camera in here.” Yes, it was plain sight with a light on indicating that it was recording too. Surprisingly it didn’t dissuade anyone. What’s up with that? Random Woman: “Can I go upstairs?” Sammy: “Ya.” Hey, that isn’t cool! My partner/fiancée and I feel hurt. On the bright side, I’m going to get to work on finishing our remodeling project. Thank you for the motivation. To the Random Woman in our house, don’t give up your day job. Your sarcastic wit isn't that funny. Sammy, I hope that you’ll learn to be a kinder, more thoughtful person after this.
Sammy was wonderful with my 4 pets over the Thanksgiving holiday. I was going to be gone for 7-8 days and have a 15 year old Springer Spaniel who needs to be carried up and down three flights of stairs 3-4x per day. He also doesn't eat well. Then, I have a chihuahua puppy who is just a year old and two great cats. I have a lot going on with animals at my home. I was worried about leaving everybody and didn't want to board my older dog. When I met Sammy she put me at ease immediately and didn't seem phased by all the animals and the issues with my springer. She assured me that she had dealt with all kinds of things and she made me feel like she could handle whatever happened. I was able to leave town feeling all my animals were going to be well taken care of. Sammy let me know how they were doing and sent pictures and videos! If i asked a question she responded very quickly. The day I was to arrive home when Sammy didn't hear from me - i had lost my phone and had no access to my computer, she made a special trip to my house to make sure that i had made it back and that the pets weren't alone! She is fantastic and I highly recommend Sammy!!
