Samira was great with my cat, Ollie! Was prompt in responding and sent pictures while I was away. Also was very courteous bringing Ollie and her stuff to and from her apartment when dropping off/picking up. Ollie also seemed very happy and had no complaints after a few days away :)
I just completed my second booking with Samira for my cat, Nono, and I honestly couldn't be happier. Finding someone you can trust with your pet is always a challenge, but Samira has officially become my go-to sitter. What I appreciate most is her consistency. Just like the first time, she was incredibly professional, followed all of Nono's specific feeding and play instructions perfectly, and kept me updated throughout the entire stay. She sends the best photo updates, which always makes me feel like I’m right there with him. It’s clear that Nono has grown comfortable with her, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. He’s usually a bit particular, but he warmed up to her quickly, and seeing him relaxed in her care is the best endorsement I could ask for. If you are looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and truly an animal lover, Samira is the one. I will definitely be booking her for a third time and beyond!
