My first cat-sitting experience with Samer could not have gone better. Samer displayed excellent reliability, care, communication and follow-up. In our meet-and-greet, his appropriate questions reassured me. Samer was also forward-thinking and genuinely concerned for my cat. Will definitely recommend Samer and i plan to hire him everytime. This was the first time i had hired a pet sitter for my cats to do drop in visits and this made us a lot anxious as to how it would go. Samer was awesome with the cats, taking his time and letting them be comfortable him around. He provides regular updates and is very proactive in communication. Even the cat that were shy eventually warmed up to him and were eating. My cats were healthy and not stressed at all on my return after 2 weeks. Eventhough this was the first time i had left them alone for so long.
