Growing up in a pet-loving home taught me early on how to care for a wide range of animals with patience, love, and attention to detail. I’ve had the joy of sharing my life with both cats and dogs - including Tabbies, Maine Coons, Labradors, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, and Spaniels - giving me a strong foundation in understanding different temperaments, energy levels, and care needs. Whether it’s energetic walks, playtime, cuddle sessions, or simply making sure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re away, I bring a lifetime of hands-on experience and genuine care to every animal I look after. I know how important your pets are to you - because mine mean the world to me too!

Samantha was great. The dogs were well looked after, good walks and Samantha sent photos and updates. All good.
Sam was a fantastic sitter. We left her with a large dog and two cats for a fortnight and were so impressed. Starting with her taking the trouble to drive to our home to meet us and the pets, meeting all our requests from feeding, walking, sending regular updates including photos, right the way to keeping my plants alive and ensuring our flight had landed before leaving etc. Oh and the house was left clean and tidy, it was a dream sit! A very lovely lady who I would highly recommend!
Samantha was absolutely fantastic with my Cockapoo! From the moment they met, I could tell my dog felt comfortable and excited. Samantha took my Nala on a long beach walk during her stay and even sent me little updates, which was a lovely touch☺️
Samantha has been an absolutely brilliant dog walker and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the very beginning, she was reliable, professional, and clearly passionate about dogs. Our dog took to her instantly, and it was clear she genuinely cared—not just about getting them out for a walk, but making sure they had a fun, safe, and stimulating experience. Samantha kept us updated with photos and little notes after each walk, which gave us great peace of mind. She’s been flexible, punctual, and always goes the extra mile. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and dedicated. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she’s done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality care for their dog.

I first joined Rover during a career break, but house sitting and drop-in visits / walks have always been a part of my life alongside my professional career in financial services. I’ve recently returned to the industry in a fully remote role, which gives me the flexibility to always be present for the care of your pets.

When caring for your pets, I make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. For dogs, I enjoy taking them on long walks to keep them active and engaged, whether it’s a stroll through the park or a fun game of fetch in the garden. For cats, I spend time getting to know their personality-whether that means gentle cuddles, brushing, or playing with their favourite toys if they’re in the mood. I understand that every pet is unique, so I tailor my care to suit their individual needs and routines.
