I will not care for dogs in my own home because of apartment living and having a highly reactive dog at home, but I would take care of a clients pets just as I would like my own to be taken care of in their space. I am active with my own pets and know how much physical exercise it takes to keep them happy and healthy! I know how stressful it can be to leave your fur child while on vacation or just during the day with a busy work schedule not only for us pet parents, but for our pets. I find a lot of dogs and cats have an easier time in with a new caretaker in their own safe space and I like to build trust with them on that.

It is important for me to know your pets temperament, especially how they react to other animals, children and people. If there is anything that makes your dog nervous, scared, happy, sad I want to know! I also love to help put in a little mental stimulation when I can and have seen that can help ease some nerves in the dogs I've cared for in the past.
A typical day
I love playing with pets I care for especially when I know their personality! If they have a favorite ball, rope, stuffy or simply just love a good old fashioned car ride, I am all about that. Any doggos that are able to physically active I love going on jogs, skateboarding and hiking with. A great part of AZ living is there are so many accessible hikes to go on! When it is a reasonable temperature out I have found the Wind Cave Trail is a great area to hike with my dogs. Also, as a mom I am familiar with lots of local parks near by and like to utilize those as well!

I have taken care of dogs and have always had pets my whole life. Growing up I always had pets in my life and will continue that for my kiddo now because growing up with a special animal friend in your life is a beautiful thing! I have experience living and working on farms and caring for an expansive range of animals. Dog sitting for neighbors or friends through the years has always been such a pleasure for me as I love them like my own! I have had experience in taking care of puppies, older dogs, all ages of dogs and dogs on medication as well as cats, goats, chickens, geese, horses, donkeys ect.

Samantha walked and played with my Rocky 3x a day. She communicated with me and made me more at ease.
Sam was great with our fur babies! Sent updates, pictures, activities and even brought in packages left at the door. Super fantastic experience for us and our dogs.
Samantha is great and helped me out last minute when I needed someone to watch my cat!
Dam is the best! Responsible as well as responsive. She very attentive with our cat and I can tell our cat is very comfortable with her.
