I work from home and live on my own so I have plenty of time and attention to give to your dog, they will never be left on their own. I have a fair amount of space with a fenced garden so they will always be safe. I live next to a large recreation field which is perfect for long walks and I am available every day of the week including weekends. I have repeat bookings every week for doggy daycare and overnight boarding, I am also available for same day bookings.

Since moving home Rocco has been living between mine and my parents house so he spends some time there and some with me. He is a bit nervous at first but very friendly and will be happy to keep your dog company if he’s here. I have bi-fold doors from my open plan living room leading to the garden which are always open (aslong as it’s not raining) so your dog can go in and out as they please. There is also plenty of space in my house to have your dog with a crate if needed.

I am very confident in taking care of all different types of dogs, please let me know if your dog has any special needs, dietary requirements or behaviours that I can account for. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
Some of the dogs I look after are fairly energetic so we go on long walks around the field next to my house or I take them to the nearby woodland which is a bit more adventurous for them. I have lots of dog toys which they can play with to keep them stimulated.

Pet care experience
I am 35 years old and have cared for dogs most of my life. I own a dog myself (Rocco) who is 11 years old however I have moved house recently to Ashington and Rocco now lives between my house and my parents. I have a very loving home and pets are allowed on the sofa with lots of cuddles and attention. I would treat your dog like it’s my own :)

Pixie loved her stay with Samantha. She was well cared for and I had lovely regular photos of her from her stay. It was a weight off my mind knowing she was enjoying her stay.
Indie, my labradoodle, had a brilliant time staying witn Samantha and making new friends. Samantha was incredibly accomodating with the short-notice booking and very friendly. She clearly loves dogs and kept me updated with messages and photos. I will definitely be booking again and I know Indie will be glad to see her and Rocco again!
When I dropped Molly off its as though she had been to Sam before, straight in and made herself at home. She had a great time playing with other dogos and then came home and was comatosed. Will definitely be sending molly again and would highly recommend. Sam is a very lovely friendly woman and takes very good care of your pup.
Vera spent four days with Samantha over Christmas. Samantha said she settled in well and was happy which was good. Samantha is good with communication and sent me an update and photo.
