Hi! I’m Sam and I am a Masters student at Texas State University. I’ve been a dog lover for many years and have been a dog owner for about 5 years. My dog, Rusty, came into my life almost 4 years ago and was one of the best things to ever happen to me! He was a stray dumped on the side of the road that I instantly felt connected to when I scooped him up. He is the sweetest, most loving dog and won’t ever pass up a good cuddle. Taking care of a dog that had zero training, never stepping foot inside a loving home, taught me that patience and compassion are some of the most important needs for a dog. I am empathetic, energetic and love working with pets. I have a flexible schedule while I’m in school, and spend most of my time studying, taking care of Rusty and his doberman brother, Vader or being outside. I am free most weekends and also have no problem sleeping over in your home to keep your furry friends company!

Sam was our first “non friend/relative” dog sitter and she exceeded our expectations. Sam sent us pictures everyday and somehow she got them to smile. Will definitely hire her again.

Schedule
I have most evenings and weekends open to drop-in, or take a walk with your pup. My dog is my world and most of my day is centered around giving him, or whomever I am sitting, what they need!
