Samantha is a gem! She cared for our 13 year old Puggle and a parakeet. I was so worried to leave my old girl for 12 days. Samantha put me at ease with 2x a day updates, sometimes more. She was the perfect houseguest; my home was cleaner than I left it! She is kind and responsive. We would definitely book with her again!

We had a bad experience with this sitter. I gave her the option to refund part of our money and I was not going to leave a bad review. But since she has refused I must. We hired her to stay at our home and walk our dog 3-4 times a day. We were gone for a week. 2 days in she decided not to stay at our home and only walk Finn twice a day. I asked for a partial refund aince she broke our co tract and did not do what she was hired to do. She has refused. She also just threw our keys under the mat and left a text that she had done so. I found this out hours later as I was on a plane. I have contacted Rover and they basically say that people are their own contractors. So if you feel like Rover is a safe place and you have a way to fix situations you do not. I would definitely never hire Samantha again and would highly think through using Rocer ever again. I had to pay up front so there is no way to fight this situation unless I sue them both for breach of contract.
