I have spent my entire life with animals as part of my family! My experience includes dogs of all breeds and temperaments, from the most relaxed lab to the highest energy pair of cattle dogs. I’ve now also experienced the joys of cats, with my own little kitten! I am ready to be as active or relaxed with your pet as you need.

Sam is easily one of the most calm, reliable, and responsible people I know. She can handle a wide range of animals; she is very patient with my anxious dog and senior cat, but she also raised two high-energy cattle dogs of her own. She is the first person I would call in an emergency because she is great under pressure and is a quick thinker, so I'd trust her with my pets without a second thought.

Schedule
I work part time and have my 3-year-old daughter with me after school hours. I am available for drop ins regularly, and house-sitting/boarding during periods with more availability.

Safety, trust & environment
In a client’s home, I respect the limits of where you choose to allow your pet and am happy to take dogs on walks or facilitate outdoor time as needed. I have a fenced yard in my home and keep doors to most rooms closed. My home is toddler-proof, so also largely pet proof!
Pets
A typical day
I love to walk and/or run with dogs, so high energy breeds are friends to me! If your dog is backyard-friendly I will happily spend lots of outdoor time. For my indoor friends, enrichment play and snuggles are always on the agenda.
