I believe taking a pet out of their home can be stressful. I value the owners choice to hire me to come to them which helps the pet feel safe in their own surroundings. It’s already stressful enough having Mum&Dad gone. I follow instructions well, will most likely tidy up your house while I’m not busy with the pet - that’s the human bonus 😉.
Information Samantha S. would like to know about your pet
- what is your current walk routine? ->How many(ie 2 per day morning/evening), ->how long for/how far. How does the pet interact typically, with strangers? How does the pet interact typically, with other dogs/cats? Are you aware of any sensitive triggers that may upset or startle your pet? IE, my dog turns into KUJO when you turn on the vacuum or clang anything metal. He also gets rather defensive if a human leans/towers Over him. (Learning the triggers, and then avoiding them or redirecting where possible is Key)
A typical day
Dogs need to get out and explore land, many walks. Love fetch...If it’s a nice sunny day, a secluded river area for some water fetch! Possibly a dog park (depending on how any previous dog to dog contact went while on walk in their neighborhood).
Location
Limerick, Ireland

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m a caring, responsible pet lover in my 30s. I’ve grown up with animals — dogs, cats, turtles, fish, and more — and they tend to gravitate to me wherever I go. I’ve worked with all kinds of pets, from easygoing golden retrievers to high-energy border collies, and I understand that every breed (and personality!) is different. I’ve researched modern training techniques and have experience with a variety of leash and collar styles. I’m new to the area and love exploring local trails — especially with a furry friend by my side. You can trust your pet will be safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Let’s make sure your pet has a great time too! 🐾

Reviews
Excellent - would very much reccomned ☺️

Samantha was fantastic! One of my cats requires multiple pills a day and she does not take them easily. Samantha was persistent but patient with her and made sure she received all her medication on time. When we ran into issues with our other cat eating her sister’s food, Samantha came up with solutions to ensure they both got fed. She was on time and communicated with us well. I felt very confident in her ability to care for our kitties. It gave us peace of mind while traveling. Thank you!

Samantha was fantastic!! Very accommodating and came out of her way to have a meet and greet before the scheduled date. I would highly recommend her. Excellent with dogs!!

Samantha was the BEST pet sitter I could have asked for. I left in a rush and the house was sorta messy but I came home to a nice clean house and HAPPY pets! She provided updates while I was away and I never felt worried once. I even had new kittens and she was so great with having them out with the pups and keeping everyone safe and cared for. I could not recommend her enough. She is thoughtful and will love your pets as much as you! :) I even made a mistake during booking and did one day shorter than I meant to and Samantha had no problem staying the extra night. If I could give 10 stars, I would. :)
