I love every animal like my own!
I have 6 years of experience as a dog walker and sitter in Chicago. I’ve loved it since the moment I started and will almost never turn down an opportunity to take care of a furry friend! I can handle any breed or size of dog, and am very knowledgeable in dogs’ temperament. I’m experienced in handling multiple dogs at once on walks as well. I have taken care of all ages of dogs, aiding in puppy training to giving medications to senior dogs! I can handle almost anything asked and will always let you know if I’m not comfortable with a task asked of me. My number one priority is the well being and safety of every animal I meet!

When caring for dogs outside of the home, I always have them leashed and will never do anything off leash. If a client has a suitable outdoor space I will let them off but always keep them strictly monitored. I know how important the bond between a pet and their owner is and I will do everything in my power to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet!

Sammi has been helping me look after my dog and cat when I go out of state for over a year, and she’s a saint honestly. She takes my hound for long walks to give his poor, apartment-confined body much needed exercise. She stays and hangs out with my kitty, who has pretty severe separation anxiety, and gives him much needed love. She checks in with me, sends me photos of how they’re doing, and is all around lovely to talk with. I cannot recommend her enough!
Samantha is a wonderful dog walker. She is attentive, reliable, thorough and caring to every dog and their family. You will love her! She loves all animals.
I’m so grateful for Sammi and the amazing care she gives my cats! She often watches my kitties while I am away and consistently does an amazing job. My cat Loki can be very anxious when I travel, but Loki loves seeing Sammi! This gives me so much peace of mind! In addition to giving my Loki oral medications; she keeps their feeding schedule spot-on, makes sure litter boxes are clean, and always sends me daily updates with adorable photos. When I get home, my cats are calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. It’s such a relief to know I can trust someone who genuinely loves and understands cats.
Sammi is a wonderful pet care taker and a true animal person. She has been watching my 2 cats whenever I go on vacation for the past 3 years and always does a tremendous job. I always know that my cats are happy, healthy, and full when she watches them! Sammi is a great dog sitter as well and I know of many people that use her for dog walking and love it! I highly recommend her for your pet sitting and walking needs!
