“sam was interested in pet care from a very young age.” thank you for checking my profile out during your search for a pet/house sitter! a little about me: - returning to the pnw from eastern washington, yahoo! - excited to learn more about our community through one of the best parts – our pets! - i consider myself a hobbyist :] interested in fiber (crochet primarily), traditional and digital art! - interested in studying veterinarian sciences eventually :] - what sets me apart from other sitters? tenacity. i have spent hours in the worst weather conditions to befriend, feed and possibly shelter any creature i’ve come across. i have rescued over twelve animals, primarily cats. (of which i’ve foster failed a few!) i’ve spent midnights during the holiday seasons for kittens, fed different colonies, and spent some of the happier times caring for an animal. :] they’re precious. i hope to make them as happy as they make us! - additionally, over the course of my life, i’ve cared for 10+ furballs, varied through age and species. i love talking about about my babies so i may babble your head off given the chance. i can be a yapper. - pricing transparency: rover takes 20% of total earnings and pays two business days after a job is complete. we can talk more about payment if you’d like! - my inbox is open to questions prior to booking!

Samantha is wonderful! Buttercup has a new best friend. Samantha was responsible and responsive and an all around delightful person.
Sam tools such good care of our pup and home while we were out of town. She was super communicative and thoughtful. She was intentionally considerate and understanding of our pups schedule and did everything to work with us before her scheduled stay. An amazing experience!

Samantha has become the highlight of our dogs day! Amie Claire is an Australian Cattle Dog and is very fussy about her friends. She absolutely loves Sam and is always excited and happy when Sam takes her for a walk. Sam is just great with her and I highly recommend Samantha!

Schedule
pet care is an integral part of my daily routine — from scheduled feeding and administering medication to fun walks and playtime sessions. as someone with multiple cats, i happily allocate specific periods of time to ensure everyone receives the attention and care we all know they deserve!
