I provide experienced, reliable dog care focused on dog walking and drop-in visits. I'm available for house sitting on the weekends. I grew up around working dogs, helping my grandfather and stepdad, who were coon dog haulers. From a young age, I was responsible for feeding dogs, cleaning kennels, and learning how to read behavior and body language. As an adult, I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs, including nervous and reactive dogs. I also fostered a dog with aggression issues, which gave me real experience with triggers, stress signals, and safe handling. I focus on structured walks and drop-in visits that support a dog’s natural needs—sniffing, movement, routine, and mental stimulation through enrichment activities. I am home-based and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate a variety of timing needs, especially mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on the day. Meet-and-greets are required to ensure safety and a good fit for every dog. When boarding, I prefer to have smaller dogs due to living in a duplex. I can have 1-2 at a time. My dog gets along with most dogs, it seems he prefers dogs his size and smaller. I am experienced in walking 2-3 dogs at once. I have learned how to deal with dog fights and aggressive/reactive dogs through training.
