TLDR: I am cat-obsessed and will take good care of your babies! I am located in Central Lawrenceville and work from home. *** I typically only accept requests in the Lawrenceville & Bloomfield neighborhoods. Thank you for your understanding *** I am a cat-mom to Galax (10) and Zuzu (5) and have cared for many cats and dogs through Rover over the past three years. I also have experience watching friends pets in the last 10 years, and worked at a doggy day care for a short time where I helped care for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and abilities. Working from home gives my cats and I time to bond and play. I am also able to notice any slight change in behavior, which is crucial to being a cat parent as most cats hide sickness very well. I look forward to giving your babies attention and caring for them while you're away and fully understand that it can be nerve-wracking to leave them. Ultimately, it's my goal to understand your pets boundaries and provide the best care possible given their needs.

I am particular with who cares for my cats, and expect the people who I will Rover for to be the same way. I always walk the caretakers through detailed instructions of how the cats should be cared for and emphasize that they need much more than just someone to feed them. I also understand that every animal is different and it’s important to respect their boundaries.

Samantha is truly the greatest. she is a cat whisperer and immediately had a great rapport with my girls. I never worry when she’s the one checking on them and I know I’ll always get good updates and plenty of pictures and videos of my cats. I will always book her if she’s available. Samantha was great with our cat, Bob, and provided very updates and communication! She even did an additional drop-in one of the days we were gone because Bob had tummy issues and I was worried about him.
We love Samantha, and so do our cats! She's always great, she's so caring with our cats and keeps an eye on the house as well. We always feel so secure while we're traveling knowing that everything's safe and sound.

Schedule
As long as I have enough prep time and clear instructions, I can commit to visiting your pet up to two times a day. I prefer to stay within walking distance of my home or a short drive away (no more than 5-10 minutes).

I also would like to know how your animal acts around other animals and humans, especially if it is your dog that I am taking on walks. Does your cat try to escape?
