Pet care experience
I have a lot of experience with cats, and most recently have helped with my partner's anxious dog. Growing up we had many rabbits so I am very used to being around animals. I have also walked several friends' dogs and for a period lived with a housemate's Rottweiler. I am very excited to be around animals more and can't wait to meet your pet <3

Samantha moved into our house for a couple of weeks to take care of our sensitive-soul cats who do not like anyone leaving the house ever. They were particularly attached as this was the first trip after Covid and they had been happily holed up with the family for ages. Samantha took great care of them - and the house. Beyond the essentials of feeding and watering, She took time to give them petting and attention. After a couple of days, even the more temperamental of the two had adopted her as his own. Would definitely recommend Samantha for your pet-sitting needs.
Samantha has been an incredibly attentive, loving, and reliable carer for my 3 cats and dog. She is very observant of what the pet might need, and will always approach any relationship with a new animal with the utmost love and nourishment! She is brilliant with communication, and is wonderful at keeping a space clean and attended to.

I am very careful to respect and watch dogs and cats' body language and put their comfort above anything else. I take a gentle approach with animals and prioritise their space if they need it, but that being said I will of course be ready to give endless hugs if your pet is more that type! On walks I am unsqueamish about cleaning up after your pet, and we can discuss more specifics about how you'd like me to walk your dog/how they are around other animals etc. I am detail-focused and will make sure to keep in mind any quirks your pet has. Even if they're an anxious animal, I will do my best to make them feel comfortable and also get a good workout for them! For drop-in visits, I can spend time playing/cuddling with them (and look forward to it!).

A typical day
Your dog and I will play loads, they'll get loads of cuddles and running around and they might (if you're comfortable) be on walks with my flatmates (alongside me) who also love animals and are all pet owners. Classic dog stuff!!
