Samantha is wonderful! This is the 2nd time she's taken care of my babies. She gives my kitties lots of attention and they love her! Always gives awesome updates with photos. 3 of my cats are given daily meds and there are special diets involved. Everything is always done correctly and its such a relief to be able to enjoy a vacation and not have to worry about my cats care. I know they are in great hands with Sam!

We booked Samantha to stay with our 12-year-old dog, Blue, in our home for 2 1/2 days. The day before she arrived, I asked Samantha to come 1 hour earlier that we agreed on because our dog had been extra anxious lately.and had a.few accidents recently so we wanted Samantha to be with Blue while we packed up and left. The next morning, we let Blue out at 6am and Samantha arrived at 8am. We left shortly after and drove to Ohio. After our 5-hour drive, unpacking, and eating lunch, I checked our front and back door ring cameras. The cameras only picked up Samatha leaving our home alone at 9:15am (just a little over an hour after she arrived) and no further movement was found. At that point I kept watching with nothing happening. Around 4:30pm I asked her how things were going. She replied and said things were great, her and Blue hung out for awhile and Blue had already gone out 2 times, the last time was around 11am. She said she was away from the house at the moment but was on her way back. Clearly the cameras didn’t show any of that activity so I asked my neighbor who said that her car had not been there since 9am. We then called Samantha about 5 times with no answer. We watched the camera until she finally arrived at our home around 6:30pm. She then called us back and said she got back a little while ago and let Blue out (which we did not see on camera). I pushed her with questions but she still claimed that she let Blue out a couple of times already that day. I then told her that the cameras never picked that up and our neighbor confirmed that she wasn’t there. She then admitted that she lied, claiming a friend had an emergency so she couldn’t get back to the house all day. She didn’t notify us to give us a chance to get someone there or for us to drive back at a reasonable time so our 12-year-old, anxious dog wasn’t let out for over 12 hours that day. We were very angry and felt that we gave her plenty of chances to be honest with us so her lies felt very blatant. We drove back from Ohio that same day. Blue was very nervous when we got home and has not let us out of her sight since. We also lost time with family we don’t see often.
