I find that most pets are way more comfortable in their own home so house sitting is usually the best option for them. I will stick to whatever your normal house rules are!

From the day I met Samantha, I felt completely comfortable leaving our pets in her care. While we were away, she kept us updated with plenty of pictures of both our dog and cat, which gave me such peace of mind. Our doodle was smiling in a couple of the photos, which meant she was happy, relaxed, and being well cared for. It made being away from them so much easier. I would never use this person to watch my pet and home again. She was scheduled to house sit and care for our dog for 3 days and 5 hours or 77 hours. Of this time she was absent from our home and our dog was alone for 46 hours and 35 minutes. The best part is she abandoned our dog 15 hours before we were scheduled to be home from our trip. While alone the dog hurt herself and extensively damaged our home. This was our first time using Rover and I have to wonder what kind of qualifications they require for their sitters. I had to select a rating to post this review so I selected 1 star but it’s really zero stars.
Samantha took great care of our Mishka!!!
Sam watched our 2 dogs for a few days when we went out of town. Before we confirmed our booking, Sam came over for a meet and greet and did great with our doggos. She kept us posted on her work schedule so we knew how long our dogs would be alone. She was also flexible on her start/end times since we were driving and didn’t have a set schedule. She left our house just as we left it.
Sam was awesome! She took lots of great pictures and her communication was outstanding, she took great care of our pups while we were gone! Will definitely rebook with her next time.
She took such good care of our 2 little dachshunds. Sometimes they can be a handful, but our boys loved Samantha and they can't wait to have her back!

Schedule
I work during the day but my shifts are usually only 5-7 hours long. Other than running some short errands I should be home with your pet most of the time!
