I really focus on structure and training not just basic walks and cuddles. I have hands on experience helping dogs with obedience recall and leash manners and I am comfortable following a family’s training plan or reinforcing commands your dog already knows. I especially enjoy working with puppies who need consistency and socialization and I am also happy to give senior dogs gentle walks slower routines and lots of quiet time. What sets me apart is that I treat every dog like a student calm patient and consistent while still making sure they get love play and plenty of mental stimulation. I am happy to send photo and video updates follow your schedule for treats and meds and create a routine that fits your dog’s personality instead of a one size fits all approach.

I care for pets in my home by giving them a quiet dedicated space where they feel safe, plenty of breaks outside, and regular meals and potty breaks on a schedule. I keep the environment calm and predictable, avoid overstimulation, and follow your instructions for treats, toys, and any training cues your dog already knows. If I am at a client’s home I keep the same routine, making sure your pet gets walks playtime, and cuddle breaks while respecting your house rules. I always check in with you first about anything unusual and send updates so you can feel at ease while you are away.

Samantha has dog sat for me multiple times over the course of a couple years. I have a bigger boxer pittie mix and he tends to be a little overly energetic sometimes. Samantha has been extremely patient with me and my dog. Never have had an issue with her or any of her work. Very professional in the way she handles dogs. My dog gave issues to numerous other dog sitters and trainers. Samantha worked persistently to deter my dog from bad behavior and unfriendly habits. Nothing but good experiences and professionalism from Samantha!!
Samantha took exceptional care of our home and animals while we were away for a week and a half. We have a full homestead—multiple dogs, chickens, ducks, a cat, and fish—and she handled it all with responsibility and attention to detail. She kept feeding schedules individualized and consistent, collected eggs, walked and cleaned up after the dogs, and made sure every animal was safe, healthy, and cared for. We came home to a smoothly running household and happy animals. Samantha is trustworthy, respectful, and incredibly capable—we would not hesitate to recommend her and won’t use anyone else for pet sitting.

Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I am already used to being around dogs and building consistent schedules. I set aside time each day for walks play training reviews and check ins so pet care does not feel like an add on it just slots into my normal rhythm. I am also a student with flexible hours so I can plan walks visits or in home stays around your dog preferred times and your schedule. Treating pets like part of my routine helps me give them steady attention the same kind of structure they are used to at home.

- There are a few important things I like to know about each pet before I start caring for them. I want to know their daily routine such as feeding times potty schedule and how often they like to be walked or played with. I also need to know if they have any medical issues allergies medications or special instructions and how they react to things like other dogs loud noises or being left alone. It helps a lot if you tell me about their favorite toys treats and commands they already know as well as any behavior you want me to avoid or work on. If they have a crate a bed or a special safe space I like to know so I can keep them comfortable and reduce stress. The more you share the easier it is for me to make their stay feel calm and familiar.
