Growing up in the countryside, I have had the pleasure of getting to know many animals – big and small. From a young age, I played an active role in looking after the family cats and dogs and was trusted to independently care for my own pets, including guinea pigs, hamsters and fish. Since then, I have frequently acted as a regular pet-sitter for neighbours, friends and family. Getting to know animals is a passion of mine, and I pride myself in my ability to develop a rapport with almost any pet – with the possible exception of goldfish! I have recently returned to full-time education and am studying remotely. This gives me the flexibility to work around your schedule and meet the needs of your furry friend. I can work at short notice, and can be available for however long you need. As a pet owner and self-confessed animal enthusiast, I understand the care and dedication we give our pets is essential to their happiness. I make it my top priority to ensure your pets feel loved and cared for in your absence. While you’re away, I will send you daily updates (photos included) so that your pet-sitting experience is stress free. Because every pet has their own wee personality and nobody knows them quite like you do, I will work with you to get to know any specific needs, or quirks that your pet may have prior to me caring for them. Wherever possible, I also like to take the opportunity to introduce myself to you and your pet in person before taking on any pet-sitting role.
