I’ve had pets my whole life, and I care deeply about making sure animals in my care have a clean, safe environment where they can be happy & healthy! My pets are truly family members, and I know that others’ pets are the same for them. I’ve had experience dog-sitting for friends and family. I also have experience with medically complex pets, which included caring for them post-surgery, and administering medications for their entire lifetime. I’m very good at following instructions, and absolutely love being with any pet!

The number one thing to me when hiring a pet sitter is trust. Can I trust them to keep a schedule? Can I trust them around my house? Most importantly, can I trust them to care for my pet? Samantha is absolutely top notch at all of these concerns, and more. Not only is she dependable, she has a level of enthusiasm for pets like I’ve never seen. Coming from a background where all sorts of critters were loved and cherished, Samantha takes her role as a surrogate ‘human’ very seriously. She is bright, energetic, and capable. Samantha uses her talents to connect with humans and pets alike, making the pet sitting experience seamless and worry-free. She has cared for my pets on many occasions for many years, sometimes for as long as a week or more. I have enjoyed my vacations more knowing my pets were well tended. I even let the cat out of the bag and recommended her to my friends and colleagues!
Sam is one of the kindest animal lovers I’ve ever seen. Her ability to not only care for pets, but to truly love them and bond with them is very impressive. She cares deeply about their wellbeing and is willing to try many different ways of trying to keep them happy. Whether that be new foods, new toys, or even new experiences for them to try. She is constantly loving and playing with her own pets as well as other’s, and would make a great addition to love and care for your pets. You would be hard pressed to find someone more enthusiastic to care for pets of any kind.
I cannot recommend Sam highly enough. She has a genuine love for animals and a natural ability to make pets feel completely at ease. She is professional, reliable, and pays attention to detail. She has a genuine commitment to the animal's well-being. She is attentive to individual needs, proactive in handling any situation, and consistently demonstrates kindness, patience, and responsibility. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for your pet, I wholeheartedly recommend Sam. She treats every animal as if it were her own, and that makes all the difference.

Schedule
I’m a teacher who doesn’t work in the summer. Until July 26th, I’m in a musical production and will have rehearsals from 5-9 Mon-Thurs in Ellington (with shows 7/17 & 7/24 at night and shows 7/18-19 & 7/25-26 in the early afternoon), but that is currently the only regular thing I am doing!
