I’ve been taking care of dogs-large and small, young and old-since before high school and now I am in graduate school still enjoying it! I will not only walk dogs and dogsit at houses, but I have also house sat and made sure to water plants and bring in mail and packages! I have experience with puppies and older dogs and keeping up with medicines for older dogs. I love to maintain good communication and send updates and photos for longer dog sitting jobs!

In my clients homes, I will care for the pet as instructed, whether feeding, letting them outside, etc. If they need to stay on a leash or are free to roam a fenced in yard, I will follow instructions for that. If they want to play or cuddle, I love doing that with them. I will respect the homes I go into, and I always try to leave things as I found them!

Leaving our doodle for the first time was heavy on my mind as we left for our 7 day beach vacation… Samantha though, in the midst of all our traveling chaos, held our home together & shared around the clock care with our dog. Not only did I feel extremely at ease being so far away, Samantha went above and beyond to bond with our dog Lucas… Going as far as teaching him some new tricks, eased any of his anxiety (as well as ours by being so on top of updates, pictures with such great communication) & really respected our home like her own. Coming home to a VERY HAPPY dog & a plate of cookies made by Samantha was the absolute cherry on top! Highly recommend her and she will definitely be at the top of our list for care with any upcoming needs when it comes to our furry friend!
Samantha was an absolute life saver for us. She came and cared for our old Puggle with such love and detail. She was the only reason we were able to travel the last years of his life. Samantha was reliable, kind, caring and the most responsible care giver we ever had for our fur baby. I could not recommend her highly enough! She even updated us with photos and texts to keep our minds at ease as we were away from him.

Schedule
I am currently on summer break from graduate school and working part-time. My schedule will vary, but nights are typically free for overnight dogsitting and daytime will also be available for dog walking and drop ins. I would love to work with owners on the times and dates they need!
