Samantha was fantastic, I would not hesitate to book her again to watch my Bubbles. Communication was great, she understood my dog and his needs, allowing him the space and time for him to get used to her, which didn't take long. She has an excellent understanding of dogs and their needs and personality quirks. I felt very comfortable having her stay in my home with my dog and enjoyed seeing many pictures and videos of how they spent time together. If you want to get away and not worry about how your furry family member is doing, book with Samantha.
It was our first time leaving our cat Frankie alone for a prolonged period and Samantha was so great with her. She was very responsive over messaging and kept me so well informed. I would absolutely book with Samantha again.
Samantha was great. She came to meet Sammy beforehand and was very kind, efficient and reliable. Would definitely recommend her and we would definitely use her again.
Sam very kindly came over to meet the cats ahead of the booking. This was much appreciated as I was able to see how the all reacted to each other. Whilst we were away, Sam shared daily photos and updates and asked for clarification when instructions were unclear, which I really liked. Thank you!
