I am a full time college student, so my availability is flexible. I am available to check in or stay overnight with your pets. Walking is also something I love to do for exercise or a study break.

I currently live in an apartment with a roommate's cat that scares easily with other animals. Therefore, I will only sit in owner homes. I look forward to having a proper place to make a loving dog a home at. When I watch pets in other homes, I like to follow whatever regimen the owner has in place. I have found animals adapt to a new person in their territory when they stick to a routine and are in a familiar place.

Here are some things I like to know prior to booking: - Are they super active? - Are they good with people? - Do they like other animals? - What scares or agitates them? - Any special needs or concerns? - What is their usual diet/feeding times? - Do they need medication? - What is their favorite spot to be pet at?
A typical day
With dogs, I love playing fetch, tug of war, walking/running, petting, and teaching them tricks. Depending on owner's preferences, dog parks can be an option. I like to walk around the neighborhood, whether that be along the people trail or sidewalks. I love when pets are super cuddly too! I just can't say no to petting them.

I started taking care of animals when I was eight. Since then, I have cared for guinea pigs, rabbits, a tarantula, fish, chickens, cows, and of course cats and dogs of various ages. Typically, I will set up a phone call or meet and greet before officially booking. This helps to make sure owners and I are have the same expectations and to meet your adorable pets.

Samantha was so awesome with our cats! She really went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of and comfortable with her. We received excellent communication about how they interacted, ate, played etc. and of course got lots of pictures. Definitely will be booking with her again for any future trips!
Samantha has house sit for us multiple times and she is great with our dog, timely, and good communication!
Samantha was great! She had her hands full but when we arrived home, everyone was happy. We had not left our dogs in over 5 years and with Samantha house/dog sitting for them, we would not hesitate to do it again. She is fantastic!
Samantha is friendly, punctual, and our usually disinterested senior dog went right to her during our meet & greet! We did a trial drop-in visit to ensure there were no issues while we're out of state. She arrived on time, let our dog out and played with him a while. Everything went smoothly! Definitely recommend and plan to utilize Samantha's services in the future.
