Every morning and every evening I walk my husky. We play with her throughout the day depending on who is around in the family. She gets weekly dog park trips as well and hangs out with her friends in the neighborhood.

A typical day
After having a husky for the past four years, I understand how important not just physical play is, but also mental. My dog has to be stimulated throughout the day with difficult toys. I also love to go on long walks or runs in the neighborhood, I love to play with the dogs and play fetch or tug-of-war with their toys.

Hello! My name is Sammie and I’m a recently retired college athlete and nursing student at UML. I’ve had three dogs in my lifetime so far with many more to come. I am 21 years old and a New Graduate Nurse. Im also a huge animal lover and obsessed with every furry friend. I had two beagles growing up… and now I have a six year-old sassy, husky named Skye… we rescued Skye a little over four years ago when she was 1 year old. She lives with my mom and I. We take her on three walks a day, short car rides, dog park trips, and we give her plenty of playtime. She has a few different husky friends in the neighborhood. Although she’s a little crazy, she’s my best friend. I attended Umass Lowell, where I played Division I women’s lacrosse. I’m excited to get started helping other families with fur babies.
