I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, with a focus on providing safe, compassionate, and attentive care. I have worked with small and medium dog breeds, supporting their daily needs, exercise, and grooming. My experience with cats includes caring for vulnerable rescue cats as well as older cats with dementia, ensuring they feel comfortable, secure, and well looked after. I have previous experience as a Dog Grooming Assistant, where I supported grooming sessions and help pets feel calm and cared for throughout the process. I am also beginning formal training in animal care through an online program to deepen my knowledge and skills. I currently work for a cat charity. I am passionate about animal welfare and dedicated to creating a positive, reassuring environment for every pet I look after.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced garden, which is very green and safe. My house is free roam for all animals; and if the animal wants to sleep on the bed they can, or I can crate if that is what they are used to. I have a catio for cats in my garden too. If I am pet sitting in your environment please know I am respectful and clean. I will always clean up after my self and the animal and leave your home as you left it.

Sam was absolutely fantastic from the moment I met her. She answered every question I had and nothing was a bother with her, she kept me up to date with how Bellatrix was doing and sent videos and photos of her. She kept me very much at ease. I was worried that my cat wouldn’t take to Sam, as my cat can be funny around new people but after the first visit she was very comfortable and willing to come to Sam for cuddles. I would highly recommend Sam for sitting and I will definitely be using her again if I need one. Well Done Sam

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic experience with Samantha and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. From the start, her communication was clear, friendly, and really reassuring. She took the time to understand both of our cats—their routines, personalities, and individual needs—which gave us a lot of confidence. Samantha visited twice a day while we were away, and each visit was clearly thoughtful and consistent. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us real peace of mind knowing our cats were being well looked after. When we got home, both cats were calm, happy, and clearly comfortable, which says everything about the level of care they received. It’s obvious Samantha genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, not just the job itself. Reliable, trustworthy, and attentive—we’ll definitely be booking with her again.
We had an amazing experience with Samantha! Our cat can be a bit anxious when we’re away, but she did everything she could to make him feel comfortable and relaxed. She kept him well-fed, happy, and sent us regular updates that really put our minds at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals. She did such a great job — we’ll definitely be booking her again!
Sam did a fantastic job of looking after Egon while I was away. She sent me photos and videos from each visit and I could tell that he was having lots of fun. Her updates were extremely reassuring and I've arrived home to a relaxed and playful boy. Would highly recommend!
Sam was a brilliant sitter for our girls! Great communication, she updated us with photos and videos and on how the girls were doing. She's put in a great effort to win over our shy baby, this was fantastic! Definitely recommend Sam and will book again next time!

Schedule
I currently work full time at home for a cat charity and I can be flexible. I can do drop in or walks before 9am, or between 12-2pm or after 5pm.
