I’m just starting up as a rover sitter, but I have a lot of experience with dogs of my own and used to work on a farm. Although I am new to Rover, you can rest assured that I have a lot of experience with dogs, cats, and other animals, and will tailor your dogs needs. Most recently I have had two of my own rescue dogs, who passed at 10 and 15 years old, so I'm experienced with older, hard of hearing dogs, and dogs with mobility issues.

Once again Phoebe had a great day with Sam. She seems right at home and always happy to hang out at Sam's home. Sam always takes note of our wishes to ensure Phoebe is safe and happy. I have no worries leaving Phoebe with Sam!
We had been looking for the right person to provide daycare for our furbaby for quite a while, and we're so glad we found Sam. From the very beginning, Sam was incredibly understanding of the slow and gentle approach our girl needed when it came to introductions and walks. Naturally, I was very nervous about leaving her for daycare, but Sam was so reassuring and kept us updated throughout the day with regular pupdates, which showed just how settled and comfortable our girl was. Sam has always been welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. She took the time to ask lots of questions about our furbaby, which really reassured me that she understands every dog is different and has their own individual needs—something that is very important to us. We're looking forward to booking more daycare sessions with Sam and helping our girl continue to build her confidence and settle in even further. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!
Phoebe is so settled and so happy spending days with Sam and we are so pleased knowing she is so well looked after and feels so secure! X

Schedule
I work from home so will be with your dog most of the day. We'll keep each other company. I take regular breaks at work, and live close to a park and Swinton greenway for some lovely walks all year round. I have plenty of space for any beds or crates you might want to bring, as well as fresh water dotted around the house.

I will tailor a dog's care according to the needs previously discussed beforehand. My home is relaxed with an enclosed garden, and your dog is welcome to hang out in my office or relax on the sofa if they prefer quiet time. My dogs are sadly no longer with me, but their favourite hobby was watching people walk past the window — very serious business!
A typical day
I'm happy to walk your dogs a few times a day. I am one of those annoying morning people, so getting straight up and out of the house is good for me. Alternatively, if a little pootle around the garden is enough, then I'm happy to accommodate that.
