Crazy animal loving lady
I have had animals my entire life so there is never a time where I wasn't around one. I also trust them more than people so therefore, they trust me more than most as well.

I have a fenced yard, pools and toys everywhere for my dogs to run around. My cats have their own room with all the beds and scratching posts they desire. I feed them on a timed schedule but have full water bowls all around the house for them to drink at their leisure all day. I have furniture set up specifically so they can look out windows and there are no rules when it comes to where they can sleep.

Samantha has great communication and was wonderful with Poppy. Highly recommend!
Samantha was so caring and sweet to my three big boys. She was so flexible and communicative and understanding of all my last minute needs. I will definitely be giving her a call the next time I need a sitter.
Check ins were 2x/day the times as discussed but from her checkin time to when she came to house on camera, visits were 10 min on average, not 30 as we paid for or true to her checkin/checkout times(basically she counted her drive time). We did not discuss children being brought to the house, we have a very hyper dog who does jump and can be pushy, not the safest for a toddler. Also, she brought a man to the house with her and her children. For our own piece of mind we will assume it was her husband. I'm not sure why he needed to enter our home, again, not discussed or mentioned that this was a need. He also was not on our indoor cameras where the dogs were so he did not appear to be helping. Not knowing where he was I'm our home is concerning. Overall, several things out of our control while we were not home that were unexpected and made me weary of this situation.
Samantha is so flexible and reliable! I know my Poppy is in good hands with her.
Samantha was very communicative and definitely helped me out in a pinch! Will call on her again when needed!
Samantha did a great job checking in on our cat, Louie. On a previous vacation, he came to a cat with a UTI because the person we hired (not through Rover.com) did not clean his box properly. Samantha kept us up to date on how Louie was doing and kept his boxes clean. We came home from vacation to a happy and healthy cat. I will definitely use Samantha again!

Zeitplan
I am a stay at home mom with 2 under 2 so I am always home and most likely available but I will probably have my children when I do any services on this app. I have 4 cats and 4 dogs of all colors and a variety of personalities so I am used to chaos.
