Your Dog’s New Best Friend
Whether it’s a short walk, a day together, or somewhere in between, I’m excited to give your pup all of my love :) As someone who uses Rover for my dogs too, I understand how important it is to have a trusted person you can call in for support. I am ready to be that person for you! I can care for all kinds of dogs—big or small, shy or playful, those who need some extra assistance, and high energy pups that might enjoy a run!

I want to follow your dog’s normal routine. I’ll ask for their food, play, and outside schedule so I can keep things consistent. I’m a defensive dog walker (like defensive driving, but walking) and always have your dog’s safety and calm at the forefront.

Sam is an incredibly caring, thoughtful Pet Person (you know the type!) and a truly great choice for your pet's needs. She's well-versed with all dogs, ranging from tiny (<10lb) to gigantic (>80lb), hyper puppies to much calmer, elderly dogs, and has been actively recruited by the head trainers at obedience classes that she's attended with her own pup to join them on staff. I have seen her put her own two dogs - and others' dogs - first, time and time again, to ensure that they have the best life possible. Just a few examples to give you an idea: driving three dogs in her car from New Jersey to North Carolina to watch them so that they didn't need to be boarded when her friends were out of town for spring break; creating an annual calendar (complete with pet photoshoot) of her dogs + their best friends for a very extensive audience of friends & family; and, on a regular basis, preparing enrichment bowls and special outings/activities. She comes highly recommended for your pet's care!

Schedule
I’m a PhD student currently writing my dissertation. My schedule could literally not get more flexible. I am open to caring for your pup at any time.
