I have 3 school aged kids that have been raised to be respectful and loving to our animal friends. They have been taught to recognize the body language of a pup that wants snuggles and playtime or wants a bit more space.

With a friendly and playful pup of my own, your pet is sure have a fun playmate while they visit. Our Squish is an Olde English Bulldogg that has been raised while I’ve been boarding dogs and is very good at reading the social cues they provide. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I can offer as many potty breaks as needed in the form of putting them on a leash and just taking them for a potty stroll. I have a 2 story house, the bigger dogs will always remain on the main floor, but I do often allow the smaller ones upstairs esp at night, as I find smaller breeds like to sleep with us.

Please let me know if your pup has any special needs or anything that makes him more nervous. I prefer dogs that have been socialized with other dogs and people as well.
A typical day
I live in a quiet neighborhood but am also near trails. I am a very active person and am happy to take your pup for a run or hike, or even just a couple quiets strolls if that’s more their speed.

Samantha was amazing! My husband and I took Maru to Michigan and needed someone to watch her while we attended an event. Maru spent two days with Samantha’s family, and we picked her up at nights. Our puppy is almost 6 months old and hadn’t been around many people or dogs, but Samantha and her family gave her outstanding care and great socialization. Maru came back to us happy and loved. I highly recommend Samantha to anyone who wants their dog to be safe, happy, and well-socialized while they’re away.
Samantha is wonderful. She was so loving and kind to my fur baby. I knew she was a pet lover as soon as she answered the door. We have already booked our next visit.
Excellent communication! River can be a handful at times and Samantha is a great sitter. Will use again!
