Hello there, I'm Sam. I am a Veterinary Assistant. I have gained years of experience with pets of many different breeds, ages, and sizes in my field - even the miniature poney poochies! Animals have always been my passion and dream to work with. I personally have three kitties and a senior pittie! I care very much about the quality of what I do and how I carry out my responsibilities. Upon request, I'm able to do trim nails, give pets baths, go for walks, stay over night/house sit, clean ears, administer subcutaneous and oral medication, and follow any specific requests you may have for their daily care. I spend most of my time with my pets and the ones I look after. The only time I'm not with them is while I'm at work. My pets like to snuggle on the furniture and sleep with me, but I will respect if you don't allow that.

Sam was an incredible house sitter for our three dogs over the busy 4th of July weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first message, Sam was responsive, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about caring for our furry crew. He asked all the right questions about their routines, favorite toys, feeding schedules, and even their individual personalities, which immediately put us at ease. We came home to happy, well-exercised, and totally relaxed dogs who clearly had a blast. Sam sent daily updates with photos and videos, so we never worried once. The house was spotless, all the plants were watered, and he even left a little note thanking us for trusting him with our babies. Our dogs (including our anxious rescue) were calm and content when we returned — a huge win! Sam is reliable, caring, and clearly loves animals. Samantha was amazing! She stepped in last minute to watch our doggies and we couldn’t be more grateful. She took such great care of them, sent us plenty of updates and photos, and also looked after our home while we were away. We felt totally at ease knowing they were in her hands. Second time using Sam for in house dog sitting. She communicates well, send photo updates regularly & our dogs are always happy to see her! One of our dogs is very selective of who she trusts & Sam is definitely a member of her pack! In addition, Sam leaves our place exactly as we left it, we are totally clean freaks, so we really value that! I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for an in home dog sitter, walker or just someone to drop in on your pet!

Schedule
I work full time with animals during the week, so the pets are my first priority when I first get up and first return from work. I'm available on the weekends pretty much all day. If you happen to live close by where I work, I can even stop by on my lunch break to take them for a quick walk or let them outback.
