I started doing this because I wanted people to have someone they can trust with their furry family members. I love this work and prioritize pet care above all else. There are home photos available on my profile if you are looking into boarding. I am also very understanding of pets that need time to get comfortable and adjust. I’m very good at making fast friends with timid pets by giving them a little bit of space but letting them quickly see i am a friend.

I’m so grateful for Samantha! It’s a HUGE relief not having to worry about our pets while we’re gone. Samantha has been watching my dogs for me for over three years now. She boards them with her in her apartment when I go away on vacation and does our walks regularly. My dogs adore her and she is always on time and keeping me posted about how my lets are doing. Highly recommend!

Schedule
Currently, my schedule is completely open and I am only doing pet care. I like to stay on the let’s schedule, if they have one. I have a large back yard and live in a beautiful, safe, small neighborhood that’s great for walks. No main roads.

Safety, trust & environment
Safely is my top priority. I never miss a medication schedule, I’m fast with doors, great with leash control, and on walks I am prepared for if we’re to ever encounter a dog attack (which has only happened once in my 13 years, and the dogs were all okay). But I do not mess around when it comes to the comfort and safety of the animals in my care. When boarding, there will be nothing a can dog can reach to each, all cabinets / chemicals / food are out of reach for pets of sizes and levels of intelligence lol… my sister I lived with has a very mischievous and smart labradoodle so we learned allllll the tricks.
Pets
A typical day
I like to keep pets on their own schedule as much as possible. We can do as many walks as they’re use to. Of course we do potty & breakfast (if they eat then) right in the morning. It all depends if your dog is high energy or a couch potato. I enjoy either one! We can go for a jog or take a nap. I’ve had dogs whose food I have to cook them, it’s all fine, whatever they are use to. However I am use to getting up early and going to bed a little later so don’t worry about their schedule fitting in, it will.
