Hi! I’m Samantha, a lifelong animal lover with extensive hands-on experience caring for pets of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Growing up with a Husky, Shar-Pei Chow mix, and German Shepherd, I learned early how to understand and manage different personalities and energy levels. Today, I share my home with my German Shepherd/Pyrenees mix and two cats, so I know firsthand the love, attention, and patience pets need every day. Professionally, I’ve worked in dog daycare, boarding, and pet sitting for years, giving me experience managing everything from high-energy pups to seniors and pets with special needs. As a Pack Leader at Pups Paradise, I supervised groups of 15–100+ dogs, ensuring safety, enrichment, and proper socialization while administering medications, managing dietary needs, and maintaining clean, comfortable environments. I also trained and trusted to open, close, and cover mid-shifts, perform late-night checks, and monitor dog health and behavior consistently. Through Rover and private dog walking/pet sitting, I provide personalized care for pets in their homes or outdoors. I’m experienced in all types of dog behaviors, including leash reactivity, dog-to-dog reactivity, fearfulness, and anxiety. I know how to keep walks and playtime safe, reduce stress, and help dogs feel confident and happy. I also administer medications—including pills, chewables, syringes, inhalers, and insulin shots—with care and precision. I take pride in building trust with both pets and their owners. I provide daily updates, photos, and detailed reports, ensuring owners feel confident and stress-free while they’re away.
