Hello Pet Parents! My name’s Samantha, currently I am a single mom to an 19 month old boy and also a dog-mama to my Shih tzu named Cheech! I have had dogs my entire life and have been doing Rover for many years now. I take pride in my work and take it seriously, if I was going to have someone watch Cheech I would want to know they are trustworthy, diligent, understanding, and patient. So that is how I am with the pets in my care. I'll do anything to make a pups tail wag!! 🐾💝

Samantha was amazing! She came and stayed with our 6 month old puppy and 9 year old dog for 8 days. We recieved many pictures of our dogs while we were gone and she was very easy to reach during the whole process. We came back to a clean home, watered plants and most importantly - healthy and happy dogs. Thank you for everything!
We had never left our pets with anyone besides family before. We hesitated to try Rover, but Samantha went above and beyond to keep our home and pets safe. Samantha was at our house with the pets longer than expected and left our house clean. She did a great job feeding all the pets and giving them their medications. We love Samantha and would have her sit again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Samantha, for caring for Riley, Stassi, Hank, Ellie, and Bailey!
Our dog is very nervous around strangers and Samantha made an instant connection with him the moment she arrived. She was loving and patient with him and he took to her right away. She sent me updates through the evening so I didn't have to worry about him. She is compassionate and professional and I would highly recommend her.

Schedule
I currently am a stay at home mom of one. I have the ability yo keep your pups schedule on track while they are in my care. I only work one a day week away from home ( I come home in my lunch break) and do property management from home on the side. My sister watches my son on the one day that I do go to work, so if your pet stays with me I would always be around or my sister would be at my home to let your pet outside, walk them, and care for their needs. :) I do not normally host more than one families pet/s at once but if I was going to, I would let both owners know before doing so and only with dogs that I had watched before and know that there would not be any issues.

Safety, trust & environment
I offer pet/house sitting, I need to be able to bring my son with me & if possible I like to bring my shih tzu Cheech with me to boarding jobs. (But I do understand sometimes that isn’t an option. I don’t want any dog or cat feeling like their home is being invaded.) I have a small yard at my home to take dogs out but there isnt much running space if your dog is high energy. Luckily I do have a bike path right near by we can walk to for walks! If I have multiple dogs staying with me I do have the ability to separate them if necessary during eating, sleeping, or when I do run errands.
Pets
A typical day
If your doggo likes to go on walks we will do that in our neighborhood and/or on our bike path right by our house. I will never turn away snuggles and teaching tricks to doggos! I am very passionate about my work and gaining diverse experience with dogs.
