I have lived with, loved and taken care of bunny rabbits, cats and dogs of all ages all my life. I started house sitting for dogs and cats since I was in high school. Along with that I volunteered at a human society on the island in Hawaii where I am from. During my time there I would bath the animals, clean their kennels and walk them with treats as a reward at the end. The animals that I provide care for will always be greeted with much affection whether it be loving worlds of “ who’s my special boy/girl” or belly’s rubs and back scratches. Food and water bowls will be always be cleaned before and after feedings and walks/ play time will be long enough per animals stamina to give them somewhere to put their energy in a healthy way.

I don’t house animals so there is no worry of what will happen to them when they are away form their home. It’s easier to come to you.

Samantha came to meet Penny a few days in advance. It was nice to know Penny would get a walk while we were gone and Samantha sent some pictures.

Samantha has always been involved in caring for our beloved babies. From snuggling to feeding and going for long walks. Sam believes in letting them decide what they want to sniff, (as long as it’s safe), and the room to mark all applicable territory. Sam has been receptive to specified preferences and adhering to required schedule duties. Sam has always been a joy to work with. I feel so happy to have the opportunity to share our experiences. You will certainly be at ease with leaving Samantha to look after your precious pets.
Samantha is an amazing sitter and definitely has a passion for pets! She gets along super well with cats and is very prompt and communicative, I know I can trust my Honey with her when I'm out of town again.
I highly recommend Samantha as a responsible and loving animal caregiver. I have been involved with making requests, experiencing her quality/level of care, her proactive approach, hence Samantha left me with a complete feeling of confidence that my fur babies were in good hands. To provide a realistic idea of my requests, so you can adequately understand her abilities, let me share my personal experiences. Samantha has watched Sadie, a rescue dog who was 19 years old. Sadie required careful handling because she was older, a consistency in her feeding schedule and special attention to make sure Sadie was comforted while I was away. Samantha also took Sadie for grooming and doctor appointments, which she did with the utmost responsibility and consideration for Sadie's comfort. Meaning, Sadie was safe in her kennel and secured, with a soft blanket, chewy and a toy for the excursion. Samantha has taken care of many of my pets including younger puppies, cats, rabbits and even our pig Daisy. It included similar duties and she was able to scale the care to fit the need of each animal. Samantha gained their affection because of her contribution in their lives. Even cutting fresh Fuji apples for Daisy as a special treat. I hope this helps give you a snapshot about Samantha's ability and interest to provide quality care. I am a credible source because my involvement was for a period of over 18 years.
