I’ve loved animals my whole life and have cared for dogs for friends over the years. While I don’t have formal training or certifications, I bring a lot of heart, patience, and playfulness to every pet I care for. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I’m all in. I know how important it is to feel like your pet is safe, happy, and loved while you’re away—and I’m here to provide that kind of care.

I do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and loved in their own environment. I stick closely to their usual routines, follow all instructions you provide, and treat your home with the same respect I’d want for mine. I know how important trust is, so I’ll keep you updated and make sure your pet gets all the attention, play, and care they need while you’re away.

Samantha has cared for my dog numerous times. She has watched him for over a week for me. She even goes the extra mile and always sends updates and photos to ensure us that he is getting all the love and attention needed!

Schedule
I work for the Iowa City School District and have the whole summer off—so I’m looking for something fun to do, and what’s better than hanging out with animals? I’ve got plenty of free time and would love to spend it walking dogs, giving belly rubs, and making sure your pets are happy!
