Finding someone you trust with your pets is a big deal—whether you need a regular midday walk, a drop-in while you’re away, or someone to settle in with them overnight. My goal is simple: keep your pets happy and comfortable, stick to the routines they know, and give you one less thing to worry about. With 10 years of pet care experience, I’ve learned that every animal is different. I pay attention to the little things—their personalities, habits, comfort levels, and all those quirks that make them them. Some want long walks and plenty of playtime, some are happiest curled up beside me on the couch, and others need a little patience and space before deciding we’re friends. I’m happy to meet them wherever they are. You can count on regular updates, plenty of photos, and communication you won’t have to chase down. Whether I’m there for a 30-minute visit or making your home my home base while you’re away, I take the responsibility seriously. That means thoughtful care for your pets, respect for your home, and attention to the little details that help everything run smoothly. At the end of the day, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pets are in good hands—whether I’m part of their everyday routine or caring for them while you’re away. And yes, they’re probably getting a few extra cuddles along the way.

I care for pets in their own home, where they’re usually happiest and most comfortable. I follow your instructions closely and take the time to learn what’s normal for your pet—from their routine and personality to the little things that help them feel safe and settled. I’m mindful of doors, gates, leashes, medications, feeding routines, and any special instructions specific to your pet and home. I’m also respectful of the trust that comes with being welcomed into someone’s home. I’ll care for your space thoughtfully, keep you updated along the way, and pay attention to anything that seems out of the ordinary. My goal is for you to feel confident that both your pets and your home are in good hands.

Samantha was a joy! My dogs now have a new best friend! I am very picky about who stays with my pups, as they mean the world to me but Samantha spoiled them more than me! She sent pictures every day of the great adventures they had with her… She went way above what we expect and I really can’t say enough good things about Samantha!
Samantha is absolutely wonderful! From the initial meet and greet, I immediately felt confident that she would be a great fit for our dogs. She was kind, responsive, dependable, and communicated so well throughout our entire trip. I especially appreciated all of the photos, videos, and detailed report cards she sent after each visit. It made such a difference being able to see how our boys were doing and know they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for while we were away. Being able to relax and enjoy our trip without worrying about them was honestly priceless. Samantha was attentive, thoughtful, and clearly took the time to get to know our two dogs rather than just stopping in to check a box. We felt completely comfortable having her care for them and are grateful for her services! We would absolutely use her again in the future. Highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a quality pet sitter!!

Schedule
My schedule is flexible, which allows me to plan my days around the pets I’m caring for rather than trying to squeeze them in around a traditional workday. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening care, whether that’s a regular part of your pet’s weekly routine or a little extra help when you need it. I’m intentional about how I schedule bookings, so I’m not rushing from one pet to the next. For house sitting, I make your home my home base while you’re away and plan my day around your pets and their normal routine. I may come and go throughout the day, just as I would at home, but I’m mindful of how long your pets are comfortable being alone and make sure they get plenty of time, attention, and company.

- Tell me all the little things! I want to know your pet’s normal routine, favorite things, quirks, fears, medications, or special needs, and anything that helps them feel safe and comfortable. If there are behaviors I should be aware of—leash reactivity, escape attempts, food guarding, anxiety, or anything else—please let me know ahead of time. I ask that all care instructions be provided in writing, even if we’ve already gone over them during a meet & greet. Having everything in one place gives me a clear reference for feeding, medications, walks and potty routines, household details, and anything else specific to your pet. If something changes, just send me the update in writing so I know I’m working from the most current information. The more I know about what’s “normal” for your pet, the better I can care for them—and the more likely I am to notice when something seems a little off.
