I'll be best friends with your dog!
I've worked as a kennel aide and a veterinarian assistant and have lots of experience with dogs of all ages and sizes. My dream one day is to be a veterinarian and to own a sanctuary for senior animals. I know how hard it can be to be away from your pets, even for just one day, so I want to be able to keep your dog happy and healthy while you are away at work or on vacation. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and will take your pet on runs, hikes and lots of outdoor adventures. Growing up, I house sat/dog sat for all of my neighbours and since moving to Halifax, my life has been missing dogs. I can't wait to spend some time with your fur baby :)

We contacted Samantha last minute to take care of our Golden Doodle Barkley, she was very quick to respond and eager to help! She sent lots of sweet photos of our boy throughout the walk and we could tell from her summary of the visit that she really cared about and understood him and his quirks! When we got home the next day we were greeted with a very happy boy and could tell he was well taken care of. We would recommend her to anyone and will definitely contact her again to take care of him in the future!
Samantha was incredible! She was very easy to communicate with, provided plenty of pictures and updates, and most importantly upon coming back I can tell just how well taken care of Cali was!!! It was so nice coming home to such a happy pet, would definitely recommend Samantha to anyone.
Sam has taken care of my 3 cats and 2 guinea pigs a few times now and she is excellent. 2 of my cats require medications and I trust her to make sure they get what they need when they need it. She spends time with each of my pets, playing with them or petting them. All around a great pet sitter!
I have a high energy working lab who needs a little more attention than most dogs. Sam was a great dog sitter and was able to get him his required exercise throughout the day. Remi definitely slept well after and so did I. Would recommend Sam to anyone.
Hello, Sam was my dog sitter (and cat and kid sitter) for years. I have entrusted her for many years with my animals and my children. I never once worried when she was helping me out. My animals (and kids) adore her. We miss her very much. She would be an exceptional dog walker. Animals love her and she loves them. She is very conscientious, honest and caring.
I highly recommend Sam as a dog sitter/walker because she is knowledgeable, responsible, and has taken great care of my two dogs several times when I’ve gone away. I never have to worry when I leave them because I know that she gives them the same level of care that I would, and she gives them so much love when I’m gone! Sam has several years of personal and professional experience working with dogs and other animals so I am very confident in her abilities and I wouldn’t leave my dogs with anyone else!
