I have a warm heart for cold noses
The classic “I love and respect animals” but with a twist! I have always loved being surrounded by animals, so much so that I’ve spent the last 7 years researching and working with various wildlife species. On the domestic front, bosses/neighbors/friends have asked me to pet-sit for their cats, dogs, birds, amphibians, and reptiles! My experiences range from ensuring special care for senior animals with specific needs, to watchful care for energetic puppies and kittens, to everything in between. I make sure to provide companionship and love up on (with consent) any animals in my care. I understand the anxieties that come with leaving your pet in someone else’s care, I update clients regularly with pictures and info to ease any worries. I can assure you your pet will be looked after in a very relaxed environment!

Safety, trust & environment
I like to have a meet and greet before services are booked, though I do understand things come up last minute and a meet and greet may not happen. Safety is priority, and during meet and greets I ask about pets habits, food allergies, when and if treats are given, etc. During stays I make sure all gates, doors, windows…any escape routes, are closed and secured. I am also well versed in what certain animals can and cannot ingest, so there would be no incompetence on that front.

Samantha was outstanding! She fit in with Owen from the moment they met. Owen is a quirky corgi who has a few issues and takes medication. Samantha took care of everything needed and we came home to a happy dog! I highly recommend her! As far as housekeeping, you could not tell she was there. Everything was left neat and clean. But most importantly, she took woonderful care of Owen and we could enjoy our vacation knowing he was in such capable hands.
Samantha was great! She stayed overnight for an extended period while I was out of the country and took great care of my cat. She was communicative and sent lots of pics!
Sam took fantastic care of our two pups and our home while we were away. I would definitely hire her again.

Samatha was called upon in a pinch when our regular Rover person was not available and she did a wonderful job caring for our Igor, Ilya, and Galina! Highly recommended!

Schedule
I currently work early mornings (5AM-noonish), though sometimes I finish earlier and sometimes I wrap up a bit later. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about scheduling!
