I grew up with cats from the time I was 6 years old. I love animals of all kinds and have taken care of cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, and more. I have a calm and quiet temperament and I've been told that animals warm up to me quickly. I have years of experience taking care of pets in their own home while their owners are away. This is good for them, because pets are usually more comfortable staying in their own home, where they can enjoy the scent of their owners, the familiar setting and routine, their toys, and their favorite sleeping spots. Home is where they feel safe and secure.

Samantha was nice and took the time to meet with us twice before our trip to make sure our three dogs were comfortable with her. Everything went well, she was a good communicator and sent some pictures of our fur babies during her stay. I would definitely book with her again.
We had used Samantha a few weeks ago for an entire week of pet sitting in our home and we were so impressed with her. We hired her for a weekend drop in and she was great on day 1, but on day 2 she did not respond to messages or arrive at or around the requested time. We called Rover and notified them she did not show up or respond to our messages. We had to drop our plans and rush home to take our dog out. She showed up 1:30 minutes late with no apology or explanation. Very disappointed.

Harmonogram
I started pet sitting after chronic pain and fatigue made it impossible for me to continue working at my previous job. This means that I have ample time to spend with the animals I'm taking care of, as I'm typically at home most or all of the day. I'm able to care for pets any day of the week, and I schedule meetings with pet owners Monday through Saturday.
