I’ve been surrounded by dogs for most of my life, and wouldn’t have it any other way! I have volunteered with dogs at the Humane Society and currently foster dogs as an ambassador with the SPCA. I currently have 5 dogs of various breeds and ages, so I am very comfortable with any type of dog - big or small. I used to work in the behavior field so I have a brief history in behavior training. I understand every dog is different, so I am good at adapting to their needs and can always match their energy.

Safety, trust & environment
I am comfortable with crates, baby gates, and/or whatever may be necessary to keep your pet safe during the day. This includes making sure outside doors are closed/locked, and specific inside doors are closed off if necessary. I want to stay as close to their routine as possible so they feel comfortable and happy.

Samantha squashed so many of my anxieties about leaving my dogs with someone. She was amazing and I strongly recommend her for anyone looking for a dog sitter, I truly can’t thank her enough!
Sam is such a caring pet sitter. She always on time and makes sure each pet has what they need when they need it. She enjoys working with dogs and uses positive reinforcement to get them to do what she needs. My dogs are always so happy when she comes because she gives them undivided attention, belly rubs, and outdoor playtime & walks.

Schedule
I am self employed and work from home during the week, and I’m rarely out of town. I can easily schedule time for potty breaks throughout the day, and always have time in the morning and evening for meals and walks. I don’t mind spending extra time with pets who might feel lonely and need some extra attention and love.
