Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. To put it simply, I am an animal lover. I’ve spent a good part of my life volunteering with animals, helping wildlife rehab, pet-sitting and caring for my own amazing pets. I treat every pet as if they were own, with nothing but love, kindness and respect. It’s scary leaving our pets alone with someone, but I want to assure you that your furry friends will receive the best care possible. I will adhere to your typical schedule and rules, if you have any, and provide extra care if needed (bathing for those times they decide to take a mud bath, for example). I’m all too happy to text and send photos to clients of their pet while they are away, as I believe communication is important and can help ease our natural anxieties about leaving our pets. The only thing I want you to focus on is enjoying that vacation or getting caught up on work—whatever it is that you need a sitter for!

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is my number one priority. No outside trips without a leash, being observant and picking up things they may get in to, checking fences, and just general looking out for them. Animals are curious and often times it only takes a second for them to be somewhere they’re not supposed to or be eating something bad for them; it’s my job to make sure that doesn’t happen!
Ratings and reviews
Samantha did a wonderful job looking after our feisty cat, Mipha, who usually does very poorly with sitters and is prone to separation anxiety. Samantha made sure Mipha got plenty of treats and attention, and was very patient with her even when Mipha got defensive. Samantha is clearly very experienced with this kind of behavior and understood immediately that Mipha was setting her boundaries with an unfamiliar person. Samantha communicated with us consistently and gave us detailed updates on her behavior and mood throughout the week. We will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we need someone to look after our spicy kitty!

samantha was awesome with my 3 kitty babies. she went above and beyond for them and they had to have lots of medicine durning the visit and she was more than happy to give them that. i definitely will be re booking her :)
Samantha came to my house to care for my senior dog for one week. She arrived right on time, stayed a little longer when we were delayed coming home, stayed right with my dog for the whole week and even left my house in good shape. She sent pictures every day and let me know when she thought my dog was having some health issues. She offered to take her to the vet if I wanted her to do that. My dog is deaf and has some health issues and Samantha was wonderful with her. She offered to make some special food for my dog when she thought she would run out of the food I had left in the freezer. I thought Samantha did a fantastic job with my beloved pet and would highly recommend her.
Samantha did a fantastic job with my senior dog! She stayed at my house and completely took care of everything while I was gone. She texted me when my dog seemed to be sick and did all that she could to make her feel better. She walked with her and fed her the special diet I have for her and sent pictures every day. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Samantha. She even left my house in great shape!!! I will definitely try to get her the next time I’m gone.

Schedule
I’m currently a psychology student but am fortunate enough to have all my classes online, allowing me extra time to spend with my pets. My pets are diligently cared for daily, including walks, scheduled feeding times, and scooping litter multiple times a day. With my open schedule I can give them the best care they need.
