Enthusiastic dog walker
I have cared for elderly dogs in my family in the past. I have also been volunteering at my local animal shelter for the past 5 years as a dog walker.

Safety, trust & environment
I always ensure the pet’s safety when walking, making sure collars and leashes are secured. Additionally, please let me know of any thing I should be aware of (other animals, auditory sensitivities etc.)

Sam has walked my dog Chester several times over the past year. Not only does she take him out to go to the bathroom, she takes him on a 45 minute walk. He’s a big dog with a lot of energy so I’m so thankful she goes above and beyond to make sure he gets a nice long walk. Chester loves her!! She also helps with my cats when I’m out of town - feeds them, cleans the litter box and gives them love. I would highly recommend Sam for all of your pet needs.
Samantha is one of our rock star dog volunteers since 2022. Staff is thrilled when she’s on their shift as she walks and interacts with many of our more challenging dogs. She’s reliable, punctual, personable, is an excellent handler, and clearly loves dogs of all sizes and temperaments.

Schedule
I work full time but I work remotely so I have flexibility with lunch time walks and in the evenings typically after 6pm. On occasion I can also do mornings before 9am.

- Please also let me know if any behaviors, special needs or warning signs I should look out for when caring for your dog. For example, not great with other animals, if there are two dogs do they need to be separated when being fed, or any injuries or medications I should be aware of.
