Cats have always been a huge part of my life, I’ve had them for as long as I can remember and currently care for five of my own. Because of that, I’m very comfortable with all types of feline personalities, from social and playful to shy, independent, or anxious. I understand that cats need a different kind of care than dogs. I pay close attention to their body language, respect their boundaries, and let them warm up at their own pace. I’m experienced with feeding routines, litter box maintenance, playtime/enrichment, and making sure their environment stays clean and low-stress. I’m also used to multi-cat households, so I understand dynamics like separate feeding, monitoring behavior changes, and making sure each cat feels safe and comfortable. Whether your cat loves attention or prefers space, I’ll meet them where they’re at and make sure they feel secure while you’re away.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In your home, I will follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible to keep things consistent and low-stress. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, and I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos. I’m very mindful of things like secure doors, leash safety, and making sure pets don’t have access to anything unsafe. With my own experience caring for multiple cats and a high-energy dog, I’m used to staying organized, clean, and attentive. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or needs a little extra patience, I create a calm, safe environment where they can feel comfortable while you’re away.

Samantha was fantastic with my dog. She went above and beyond. She let me know when she arrived, sent photos and videos, topped off his water, and as she left gave an update on her visit with Moose. Would 100% book her again!!!!!
Samantha is one of those people that has a natural connection with animals. All animals. She’s calm, playful, and has an incredibly gentle nature, and it’s obvious to all that she truly enjoys spending time with them. She is drawn to them wherever she goes. She has always had pets and takes amazing care of them. They are family to her, and there is always a very deep bond. She’s dependable, attentive, patient, and treats every animal as if it were her own. She has a deep compassion for all animals, going out of her way to help and rescue animals/wildlife, in need or injured. Samantha is kind, responsible, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every animal she cares for.

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible right now, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and consistency. I’m available most days for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting, including weekends. Because I have pets of my own, I’m already in a daily routine of feeding, cleaning, playtime, and walks, so adding your pet into that routine is something I genuinely enjoy. I’m able to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits depending on your pet’s needs.
