Every pet is unique, so the more you can tell me about your furry friend beforehand, the better! I'd love to know about their daily routine, feeding schedule, favourite games or toys, walk preferences, and anything that helps them feel happy and settled. 🐾 Please also let me know about any medications, allergies, health conditions, or behaviours I should be aware of, as well as any house rules or special instructions you'd like me to follow. If your pet has any little quirks, favourite napping spot, or special routine, I'd love to hear about those too. My aim is to make their time with me feel as familiar, comfortable and stress-free as possible.
A typical day
Every day is tailored to your pet's normal routine, so they feel as comfortable and settled as possible. Whether I'm house sitting, providing day care or dropping in for a visit, I'll follow their feeding schedule, make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention and, of course, lots of fuss if that's what they enjoy. For dogs, we'll enjoy walks suited to their age and energy levels, along with both playtime and time to relax. For cats, I'll spend time playing, keeping litter trays clean, refreshing food and water, and giving them company while respecting their individual personalities. My aim is for your pets to feel safe, happy and cared for, while keeping you updated with regular photos and messages throughout the day. 🐾

🐕 I've loved animals all my life and grew up with both cats and dogs. For the last 10 years, I have looked after other people's pets, providing overnight house-sitting, daily walks or twice-a-day drop in visits. I genuinely love walking and am more than happy to do up to two 1-hour walks a day to keep your dog active and happy. When I care for your pet, they get my full attention, plenty of love, and a consistent routine. 🐈 Cat Sitting: I am equally happy caring for cats, whether they prefer lots of playtime or just someone to check in on them and let them know they're not alone. 🌟 My Experience • Senior & Routine Care: I have a decade of experience looking after elderly dogs, keeping them safe, comfortable, and on their familiar schedules. • Medication: I am patient and comfortable administering daily medications, including eye drops and oral liquids. • Leash Safety: I am very used to walking dogs that need to stay on the lead due to reactivity with other animals, and I always stay alert outdoors - I won't be looking at my phone while I'm with your dog!

The perfect pet caregiver Samantha has looked after our beloved Manchester Terrier Friia on many occasions, both shorter and longer periods. We always knew Friia would be in the best of hands, just by judging by how excited she was to go there and the way she rushed into the house to greet her when we arrived. Samantha looked after her in a very caring and conscientious way, taking great care to ensure that she was comfortable, feeding her, administering medicine when needed etc, plus taking her on long and varied walks. We couldn't have found a better petsitter.
I share many hours of dogwalking with Samantha over the last years caring for the pets of others and can only say that she is a true animal lover,sensitive to their needs, patient and totally responsible. And somehow the dogs we cared for just loved her immediately as one loves a kindred spirit.
