Samantha B. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.

Our agreements with Samantha was that she would be at our home with our dogs most of the time we were gone (other than her working 3 days/week and going home to make dinner for a family member every night). We were disappointed that Samantha left our house around 8:00am each day and returned around 6:00pm each night, leaving our dogs unattended all day long for nearly two weeks (we have a Ring doorbell that alerts us to people coming/going at our front door). She agreed to stay until 7:00-7:30pm on the last day we were gone, but in fact she left our house at 8:00am, returned for only one hour from 3:30-4:30pm, then was gone for the night. When I texted her she informed me she left “between 5:30 and 6:00(pm)”. We had agreed Samantha didn’t need to walk our dogs because the understanding was that she would be here to interact with them a lot, but the dogs were not walked AND she was gone all day nearly every day. When we got home our youngest dog was clearly very stressed and anxious. Samantha is a very pleasant woman but unfortunately we will not be using her services again.

Sam was great for our dog! She sent text updates with photos. We came home to a clean house and a happy dog! Excellent care, would hire Sam again!

Sam is a long time friend and someone I would trust with my fur babies in a second. Her love of dogs and other animals exceeds most. I swear she's more excited to see my dogs than she is to see me most of the time. (lol) I would recommend Samantha as a sitter, walker, boarder, anything. She has a lot of experience with animals and Rover. I know anyone will be happy and lucky they chose her for their fur children needs!

Samantha is great with my older "special" black lab! She's caring of all furry friends. I can always be at ease knowing Tucker is under Sam's care. I would recommend her as a sitter for any dog owner!
