Samantha was great with my two cats. I would book her again!

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. Samanntha arrived late, and communication before and during the visit was inconsistent. I scheduled the visit for a specific time because my puppy needs timely potty breaks, and the delay resulted in an accident that likely could have been avoided if the visit had occurred as scheduled for the one day. While she did attempt to clean up, the cleanup was not done properly. My dog’s bed and crate were washed in my bathroom and kitchen sinks using the wrong products, despite clear instructions on what to use. Even after cleaning, there was still visible residue left on my dog’s bed. Additionally, I had concerns about hygiene and sanitation following the visit. A couple of days later, my puppy was found to have fleas, which raised further concerns about the overall care and cleanliness provided. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations.
