I work remotely so have full flexibility to work when I want and when is best for your furry fmaily members. I find caregiving to be a win win. I make a new friend and have someone to go on walks with and pets get the love and attention they need.

Safety, trust & environment
The health and safety of your pet is number one for me. I have a large area in my home where animals can relax with sunlight, houseplants, and water. For care in your home, I’m happy to follow whatever protocols you have established. Nothing is too niche, trust me. My childhood dog wouldn't eat his dinner unless I 'sprinkled special flavour powder' (I just mimed grabbing something from the cupboard) over his food. It's important to me that you and your loved one's routine is maintained as much as possible.

Information Sam T. would like to know about your pet
I really want to know about any special rituals or habits around feeding. I also need to know about comfort in socialization with other dogs (for example: are they ok to be approached in public by other dogs on leash? Or do we need to communicate that other dogs need to give us space?) For cats, do they have any particular times of day when they are seeking affection or are more open to cuddles? Nothing is too niche, specific, or 'weird' to share with me, no one knows your dog or cat better than you!
A typical day
I like to start the day with light exercise. Maybe some time in the yard or a short walk around the block. Then we usually have some time to stretch, fully wake up, and have some food. Then, depending on the season, we can get ready for the main activity of the day be that a hike, a play at the dog park for social dogs, or even a run for dogs happy to run alongside me on leash. In the afternoon, we might find a sunny patch to relax for a bit before a post-dinner walk around the neighborhood to settle for the evening.

Stress free caregiver and dog lover
Pet care experience
I worked as a nanny for over 10 years which included pet care. Anything from daily walks and feeding to overnight extended care. I love the chance to make new furry friends and share my favorite walks.
Reviews
Sam has a great love for all animals and ensures the pets he cares for always feel at home. My dog was so comfortable and happy while in Sam's care, which allowed me to enjoy my time away!
